Unfortunately, our desire to fit in to the hotel a show kitchen in the Batzenhäusl was not spatially practicable. Therefore we invite our guests to pay us a visit in the kitchen at any time. Cooking and the cuisine are a part of the life of everyone; therefore an elevated level of cuisine as we would like to offer it to our guests should not remain abstract.
