We understand our cooking as a way to create a harmony of contrasts. Our dishes are always compositions, forming by her different tastes nuances of a harmonious whole. This is also reflected by our journeyman’s years which are represented primarily in Asian-exotic flavors. Classics are, interpreted newly and so our Carpaccio of the tuna fish gets a thrilling note with an apple mango salad and sesame chili pepper crostini preferably with ruccola salad.

However, this does not mean that we do not also appreciate traditional food. It is our concern to care especially for our roots. A juicy roast or a delicate “Kalbsbeuschl” can be discovered on our menus of the day again and again.
